Our editorial charter

Three pillars we hold ourselves to

01

Separate the desks

Reporting, opinion, and publisher announcements are labeled on every post. A press release is never dressed up as our own reporting, and a critic's verdict never passes for a fact.

02

Refuse the spin

We do not accept sponsorships, marketing agreements, or access trades that would shape coverage. When a publisher's framing does not hold up, we say so plainly.

03

Criticize the work, not the people

We judge writing, design, and decisions. We do not chase outrage for clicks, post partisan slogans, or make unsupported accusations about the people who make games and films.

Governance

Review policy, disclosures, and privacy

Our Editorial Standards and Review Policy explain how we test games and films, what we disclose about review codes and event access, and how corrections are handled. Draft versions of these pages are published with their setup marked for manual review before launch.

Privacy and contact details are placeholders until the owner completes setup. We make no promises about search rankings or traffic; those depend on factors outside this site's control.
